At the start of the project, we found the apartment exactly as it was built in 1930. It has now been completely transformed, and fully refitted with gas central heating, new electrical wiring and fittings, a new quality kitchen and new bathrooms.

All the property’s period features have been retained, including the original oak parquet floors, the marble fireplaces, the high ceilings with cornices, the original wood panelling and cupboards in each room. 

The apartment spans the entire floor and has a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the Alps. It offers three balconies and a shared garden with magnificent mature pine trees.
